8/What kinds of funeral & burial services do you provide?

We provide a wide range of services for our county people, which is listed as below:

(1) Body delivery: We will send vehicles and carry the body to our freezing chamber or deliver the coffin to the coffin room or vigil room.

(2) Funeral hall rental: We temporarily lease the hall for holding a funeral, chanting scriptures or keeping vigil over the deceased.

(3) Body handling: Body handling services include freezing of bodies, storage or putting the body into the coffin.

(4) Cremation: We offer body cremation, ashes retrieval, and storage of

ashes can/jar.

20/How do we apply for ashes storage?

The applicant shall take a copy of the ID Card (with the original for check only), a signet and the deceased’s household certificate transcript or household registered certificate, along with one of the following testimonials to apply for entering the memorial tower at the service center of the Administration:

Permit of cremation
Testimonial of the relocation of burial or ashes retrieval issued by any authorities concerned concerning cemetery administration
Testimonial of moving out of ashes issued from previous temples
For the ashes or bones delivered from overseas, a permit or testimonial issued from the local authorities concerned regarding cremation,relocation of burial or ashes/ bones retrieval shall be attached (along with a Chinese translation).

15/How do we apply for taking the deceased’s body or coffin?

The applicant takes original ID Card and a signet to make the application at business hours at the service center of the Administration before taking the deceased’s body or coffin.

6/How do we register for columbarium of the deceased county residents?

Applicants may take the following documents along with them and apply at the service center of Funeral and Burial Administration at business hours.

(1) A copy of the ID Card of the applicant and a signet.

(2) A copy of the deceased’s household registered certificate or the original of the renewed household certificate transcript.

(3) A copy of death certificate of the deceased (or testimonial of postmortem examination, if the deceased died an accidental death).

(4) Original permit for the deceased’s body cremation.
